Hubby and I love coffee. We love the taste, the aroma and more than anything , if we are honest we love the ritual.
When Hubby retires, his dream is to open a cool coffee shop which battles valiantly against all those chain coffee shops out there. Some of the chains make pretty good coffee (Cafe Nero ranks up there as one of the best) but most of them lack character and a cool relaxed vibe. I know they try to but most fail.
We know all about how difficult it is to open a small business these days especially one which tries to compete against a huge corporation but we can dream.

I'd like to see the 'baristas' in our local Starbucks do that!
